phjilion operates under a Philippine gaming licence and is intended for use by players residing in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to verify that online gaming is legal in your specific jurisdiction before using phjilion. Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
Each person is permitted to maintain only one active phjilion account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are prohibited. Where phjilion detects duplicate accounts, all accounts involved may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings derived from the duplicate account voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phjilion account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. phjilion may verify this information against third-party sources. Accounts created with false information are subject to immediate suspension.
Important: Your phjilion account must be registered in your own name and belong to you personally. If you suspect unauthorised access to your phjilion account, change your password immediately and contact support. phjilion accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
phjilion is required by Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) requires submission of a valid government-issued ID and, in some cases, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. Depositing and playing are not affected by KYC status.
All phjilion account balances are held and displayed in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. phjilion does not hold or process funds in foreign currencies on behalf of players. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of your payment provider.
phjilion supports the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking, and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
The minimum deposit at phjilion is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your phjilion balance as soon as they are received and confirmed by the payment provider — in most cases within seconds for GCash and Maya.
You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person — even a family member — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and voiding of any winnings. This rule exists to protect both players and phjilion from fraud and money laundering.
If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your payment method but has not been credited to your phjilion balance within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. phjilion will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours. phjilion is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your payment provider.
You may request a withdrawal of your phjilion balance at any time, subject to the conditions in this section. Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to your registered payment method.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes, seven days a week including public holidays. VIP Club members at Silver tier and above receive priority processing. phjilion does not impose unreasonable delays on legitimate withdrawal requests.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
phjilion will not refuse a legitimate withdrawal request from a verified account where no bonus wagering requirement is outstanding and no ongoing fraud investigation is active. If your withdrawal is refused, you will receive a written explanation within 24 hours of the refusal and information on how to resolve the issue.
phjilion offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
Most bonuses at phjilion carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each bonus offer before you opt in. phjilion does not hide wagering requirements or state them only in obscure fine print.
Standard wagering requirements on phjilion bonuses range from 5x to 25x the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier is always shown on the bonus page before you claim. Wagering progress is visible in your account dashboard at all times.
Not all games at phjilion contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless a specific bonus states otherwise, the following general contribution rates apply: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, sports betting contributes 10%, and Tongits and card games contribute 20%. Games that contribute 0% will be marked as ineligible on the bonus terms page.
All phjilion bonuses have an expiry date from the time they are credited to your account. Standard expiry is 14 days unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress toward them are forfeited automatically. phjilion will send a reminder notification before your bonus expires.
phjilion reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel pending bonuses, and void winnings where we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
One account per bonus: Each phjilion bonus is available to each eligible player once. Attempting to claim the same welcome bonus through multiple accounts — even accounts with different names — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all involved accounts being closed.
phjilion games are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) for digital game titles, and real physical equipment for live dealer games. All games are tested and certified by independent testing laboratories, and return-to-player (RTP) figures are published for all RNG slot games.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games at phjilion and vary by game type, table, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or game lobby before you place your bet. VIP Club members at higher tiers have access to elevated stake limits. phjilion reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game — whether in an RNG or live dealer environment — all affected bets are void and stakes are returned to players. phjilion is not liable for payouts resulting from game errors. If you experience a suspected error, discontinue play and contact support immediately. Do not attempt to exploit errors — doing so is a breach of these Terms.
For MMA and sports betting at phjilion, specific sport-by-sport rules apply to settlement, void conditions, and overtime. These are published in the MMA Betting section of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, phjilion's sports trading team's decision is final. Common void conditions include event cancellations, fighter withdrawals before a bout begins, and events that cannot be completed within a defined timeframe.

You may close your phjilion account at any time by contacting support. Your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of closure, provided all KYC requirements are met and no outstanding issues are pending.
phjilion reserves the right to suspend or close any account where these Terms have been breached. Before taking action, phjilion will, where practical, notify the account holder and allow an opportunity to respond. Where phjilion suspects fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms violations, suspension may occur immediately without prior notice while an investigation is conducted.
Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms breach, any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Deposited funds that have not been used in prohibited activities will be returned at phjilion's discretion following completion of any investigation.
phjilion provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
phjilion's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. phjilion is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of expected profits or gaming winnings that have not yet been realised.
Nothing in these Terms limits phjilion's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by phjilion's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
phjilion may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where a change is material — meaning it affects your rights or obligations in a significant way — phjilion will notify registered players via email and via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Continued use of phjilion after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the effective date.
